1 Southbank Road
On the Banks of Southbank
Sitting creekside, this project is located on the corner of Esquiline & Southbank Road in Carmel Valley. It began in 2017 and was completed in 2018. The original home was too dilapidated to be saved and had to be completely demolished. In its place, we constructed a cozy 650 square foot home and single car garage. This project had some challenges being on such a small, odd-shaped lot but designer David Prew still managed to design a bright, functional home. This home features ten-foot ceiling heights (eleven in the Living & Kitchen areas), large floor to ceiling windows, modern fixtures and white shaker style cabinets throughout.
