Built-in the Sunset Center of Carmel-by-the-Sea off of San Carlos Street between 8th & 9th Avenues, this project started in 2004 and was completed in 2005. The existing home was completely demolished, leaving a blank slate for the construction of this new 1,700 square foot home.

The living room was redesigned with seating facing the fireplace and french doors were added for added light and easy access to the courtyard patio.

The living room features a new stone fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and all new solid wood windows and French doors.
Kitchen
All new wood cabinets, slab counter-tops, and stainless steel appliances.
