Located in on Forest Road Carmel-By-The-Sea, this remodel project began in 2015 was completed in 2018. The original home was a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath 1,200 square foot home. Architect Jon Sather Erlandson redesigned the home with an open-concept floor plan, vaulted ceilings throughout, and added an additional bedroom and full bath, increasing the overall square footage to 2,100. The final design has a traditional, timeless feel with solid wood windows, stainless steel appliances, white shaker-style cabinets with engineered quartz countertops, and hardwood flooring.
