This home was featured on an episode of HGTV’s House Hunters in 2012.
Located towards the end of Eddy Road in Carmel Valley, this renovation project started in 2011 and was completed in 2012. Although the footprint of the home was kept the same, the interior has been completely renovated. We also added a new deck off the Master bedroom to take in the spectacular view of the Valley and a new trellis off the living room. All new windows and doors throughout, new trim and landscaping, and a fresh coat of paint give this project a completely new updated look.

Updated Exterior
A new patio seating area and a new large back deck off the Master Bedroom were added to take in the incredible views of Carmel Valley.
Originally, the front door was hidden, located between the garage and house. We relocated it to the front and installed a new concrete walkway, creating a clearly defined Entry.
What a View!
Living and Dining Rooms
In the Living & Dining rooms, we removed all the faux wood paneling and replaced it with sheetrock and bright ivory-toned paint. The existing house had a small non-working pellet stove. In its place, we built a modernized traditional fireplace.
Open Concept Kitchen
We removed the existing dividing wall between the Living room and the Kitchen which really opened up the two spaces. The entire kitchen was gutted. All the old outdated cabinets and appliances had to go!
Master Bedroom
In the Master bedroom, we kept the original ceiling, painted it white, and replaced the flooring and added a new large deck to take in the incredible valley views.
