Dolores Street
B&B By The Sea
The Dolores Street project located in Carmel-By-The-Sea, CA was completed in 2014. The original two story house was in poor condition and had to be completely torn down. In its place, a duplex apartment was designed and built which was later acquired by the Bed & Breakfast next door as an extension of their B&B. The final design has a modern, yet coastal feel with stainless steel appliances, white shaker-style cabinets with white quartz countertops and open shelving in the kitchens, and limestone tile flooring.
