Located in Carmel-By-The-Sea, CA on 17th Ave., this remodel project began in 2014 was completed in 2017. The original home was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with a confusing floor plan. Architect Jon Sather Erlandson kept the original footprint of the home but everything else has been updated. The exterior was replaced with all new board & batten siding, plaster, and new stone along with new copper gutters and composition shingle roof. The interior of the home was completely redesigned adding a third bedroom, third full bath, and powder room. With lots of stained wood elements throughout, shaker-style cabinets, hardwood flooring and a completely new floor plan, this home now has a warm and inviting feel.
